By downloading or using Intimate Metrics (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Intimate Metrics is a personal wellness and insight tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Scores and insights are on-device estimates for your own awareness — not medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
Heart-rate, motion, and sleep readings from consumer devices can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions. Consult a qualified health professional about any medical concern.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure; we recommend enabling the app's Face ID lock. Because your data lives on your device, resetting, losing, or deleting the app may remove your data unless you have exported it first.
Partner features require both people to consent. Only connect with people you trust, and do not share another person's data without their permission. You are responsible for how you interpret and use shared insights.
Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app or its services.
The app, its design, and its content are owned by Improvs and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights other than to use the app as intended.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Improvs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features.
